Jira audit logs

Hello,

We have multiple administrators in the system and need to understand changes that each has made. When looking at ->System->Audit Log I am only able to see a limited set of changes. For excample changes to worflows, components, users but I see no record of changes to fields or screens and screen schemes. How can I get visibility on changes to these objects?

According to Jira audit documentation changes to screens and fields should be recorded in the audit log: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Auditing+in+JIRA?utm_source=SAC&utm_medium=dashboard#AuditinginJIRA-Viewingtheauditlog

However, we have made changes to screens and fields yet non of those changes seem to have been recorded in the audit log.
