We have a client JIRA where they post their tickets.
It works fine for all clients, except one which has a bug where all attachments don't open.
When opening an attachment of a ticket in that particular project, it says "Ouch! We can't load the PDF" for example.
Even users specific to that project don't have their avatars render. I have looked on the server's attachments folder, and it is populating correctly. But for some reason, it isn't on the webpage. In addition, I have done several re-indexes, but that hasn't seemed to have helped.
