Jira application is down

[Kurasi Vishnu Priya]

Getting the below error after the jira upgrade from 8.4 to 8.7 .

Kindly help me in resolving it.

have you been able to look in the log file as the error message suggested?

Going on this its impossible to know what exactly is going on at start up.
