Jira and confluence on locale

Hello, a want to have jira and confluence on my owm server. I want to test it, but i can't to find configuration of jira/confluence https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/try/?tab=download. I find it onDemand version, but i need russian language package. What i supposed to do?

To install both JIRA and Confluence on your own server,

1. Download and install JIRA https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/download

Is it safety to install .exe if i already have web server? What will be with my apache?

Download Jira https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/download, install it, and then install russian language add on. Repeat the same with confluence.
