When a new card is created in a Jira Software project, Jira sends the card information to a Slack group via native integration between Jira and Slack. However, when there is an update to the card, such as: status changes, comments, etc., it creates a new thread in Slack for the same card. Does anyone know if it is possible to keep card updates in a single Slack thread? In other words, there would be a main creation thread and it would be fed into the comments on the updates.
