Jira and Confluence apps deactivated due inactivity

Hello, my Jira and Confluence apps were recently deactivated/deleted due to inactivity.

I was unable to recreate the Jira app with the old name.

Is it still possible to recover anything ?

Hi @Bryan Lima 

It depends on how long ago it has been inactivated. You should have received a email about that. You can raise a request to Atlassian support to ask ( Billing, payment and pricing).

Hi @Bryan Lima 

There are 2 main ways to recover your account.

1. If you org admin for your organization , contact them and prove your org id, they can able to activate your account.

2. If not, as mentiond by @Florian Bonniec contact atlassain support .
