Hi,

I have access for-  https://alm-jira.systems.uk.hsbc link 

1) how do i cross verify the access i have is for ' admin' ?

2) i can't find the team member name in 'assignee' list but i could trace the same name in 'Reporter' dropdown - why ?

3) how can i get the admin access ?? what is process ?

We are a community of Jira users, and do not have access to that instance. You will need to contact the administrators for that instance. If you don't know who those people are, try reaching out to the people who told you how to request access or who granted you the access initially.

If you have admin access you will see a gear icon in the menu bar on the right, near your avatar. The options you see under that gear will indicate if you are an admin. For instance if you see options like "System" and "Issues", then you have some level of administrator access.
