Jira add rights to upload a picture

Hello,

i try to add rights for John doe to add a picture in jira project but i don't know how to do,

for do that i clic in JIRA ADMINISTRATION>user management>john doe , after that i don't know what i can do

What exactly are the steps you are doing? And what exactly is the message or error that you are getting?

Edit the Permission Scheme for that Project to give permission Attachments.

Go to Project Settings > Permissions

Then edit the Permissions - Attachments section is near the bottom.

if you are trying to allow users to add attachments to issues then edit the permissions ensuing the user(s) are in one of the roles/groups w/ attachment create permissions. Below is a view of Cloud. Server will be somewhat different.
