Jira access issue

Felix September 16, 2025

Even though all permissions are set to be the same as other users, I can't access Jira with my account.

error message :

There was a problem accessing this content

Check your network connection and try again, or contact your administrator for help.

Request ID: 45cca0c4740843d78224fb00b10c4d3e

It's not a network problem

I checked and it seems like other people are experiencing the same issue with accessing Jira.

What should I tell my Atlassian account manager in this case?

Hello,

Welcome to the community :)

The above article shared by Nikola should work here. This error is generally due to IP.

We don't see any issues with Jira or any internal incident that should affect this.

Once you allow the ip, if you still facing issue, please reach out to support https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ and team can further check

Thank You.

Prachi

Welcome @Felix

It could be that the you have IP allow listing enabled, see: https://support.atlassian.com/confluence/kb/there-was-a-problem-accessing-this-content-error-message-atlassian-cloud/

You should tell your organisation admin to check the IP allow listing feature in the Atlassian administration.
