Is Jira Workmanagement available for DataCenter?

If you have the Jira Software product for Data Center then you should have access to Work Management (a.k.a. Business) projects.

I can only choose between Business and Software-projects!? Where ist the choos to 'workmanagement'?
"Business" projects are "Work Management" projects. "Business" is the original name for that type of project.
But whre are the features, shown on this site: Introducing Jira Work Management - Work Life by Atlassian?
That announcement applies only to the Cloud version of the Jira product.
Unfortunately that doesn't appear to have been plainly stated at the beginning of the announcement.
The content is not applicable to the Data Center version of the product.
