I'm wondering if there is way to update the workflow across all projects? I need to add 2 status to our workflow but want to do it as a global update. 

Also is there a way to update Resolutions?

Christina,

You can create a new workflow from scratch--> Associate the new workflow with the Workflow Scheme of your project(s).

To update the workflow across all the projects...copy the existing workflow which was currently using and add the two statuses that you wanna add and then associate this copied workflow to workflow scheme.

Apply this workflow scheme to the projects.

is there a way to update Resolutions? 

Do you want to update the resolution while closing the issue or what?

if yes, then you can put the post function during closing/resolving the issue.
