Jira Work Management Licensing and Permissions

Hello,

We are currently using Jira Premium, which includes Jira Work Management licensing at no additional cost.

However, we want to manage permissions in Jira Work Management and encounter a prompt stating, "Project roles aren't editable in Jira Work Management Free. Upgrade for advanced team configuration."

The question is: Which version of Jira Work Management is included for paid Premium Jira Software users? Additionally, which version do we need to access permission management features like those available in Jira Software?

Jira Work Management should indeed be fully functional if you have a paid Jira Software Premium subscription. Are you sure you are in the same instance as the premium account and not a separate Free account?
