I am integrating ServiceNow with Jira, with the configuration of the call-back webhook in Jira, the payload structure differs from On-Prem and Cloud.
Payload structure from On-Prem configured webhook has an object of Issue, User who updated issue, Project, Issue Change log.
Payload structure from Cloud configured webhook is missing an object of Issue, User, Project & Issue Change log
