Jira Upgrade from 7.3.6 to 7.4.3

I'm trying to upgrade like mentioned in the title. Jira says the required version is not compatible with the version listed... So any help on the upgrade path? Ignoring it without asking seems like a bad idea.

Required version of what?

A Jira upgrade from 7.3 to 7.4 won't throw any version errors.
