Jira URL is not loading showing as something went wrong on our end error

When Jira URL is searched below error is shown -

Something went wrong on our end Contact admin

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Have you tried multiple times?

Are you able to access other saved filters successfully?

Have you asked another user to try the same thing, and are they getting the same error?

Have you reported the problem to the administrators of your Jira system?

Here we are a user community populated mostly by users of our own Jira systems. This is not the interface for contacting Atlassian Technical Support.

If the problem is recurring you should report it to your Jira Administrators who can then engage Atlassian Technical Support to investigate the problem.

thanks for your valuable time the issue got resolved 

Problem was when i try to open directly bookmarked filter URL i was getting this error if i l go to Jira and navigate to filter it works fine
