Jira - Tickets tracking - follow up list

Hi,

 

I'm looking for a way to help peoples to track the tickets they should.

Today, we use the "comment" to ask questions and provides some answers.
We tag the people in the conversation.

Some guys are involved into a lot of conversations, and they easily forget to answer.

I'm looking for a way to "tag" the tickets with a list of user we are "Waiting for feedback".

I need to:
- Add one or multiples users (and delete)
- Create a board where they can see all the tickets where their feedback is needed

A simple list of users will be enough.

Is there a way to do this ?

Hi, @christophe demez !

 You can solve this case by using checklists in your workflow. It allows to set up more structured work routine as I can see.

Try Recurring Checklists and Report add-on. You`re able to add multiples user(s)/ groups. Also plug-in allows to automatically assign tasks with a checklist and track it by the one-page report.

The best way to ensure follow up and accountability is to assign an issue to the person. Now if you have multiple people you're waiting for feedback on a specific task consider adding subtasks to the issue and assign those subtask to each individual. Admittedly there are other ways to handle this but in my opinion using the assignee field is the best option. Is there a reason why this would not work in your youth case?

Just to add to that, they should be using the Your Work view accessible to all Jira users from the top nav bar - there they can see all the issues, tasks and subtasks that are assigned to them.
