Jira Task description and photos not saving

Hi!

In our team, we are experiencing some problems when it comes to changing the task descriptions

• Sometimes it happens only by being on the task for the description not to be saved (after you click on save), so if you go to another page/refresh the browser and go back to the specific task the description disappears
• for images they are not always uploaded (a colleagues uploaded an image 10 times in the description and when it goes back to the page is not available)
  • 
• there are situations when you are navigating between more tasks in hierarchy that by changing a child description the description is updated for the parent

And also for statuses, when going through tasks and change the status, there are times when the status is changing for the parent, not for the correct task.

Are those known issues? Are they happening also for you? 

Until now we ignored them, after a refresh the things were solved for a little time, but now with the latest update are too aggresive.
