Have a look on https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/pricing! This page gives you the fees either for cloud or for server based JIRA instances!

Is this for the subscription fee only? Support & Maintenance has different fee right?

Hi there,

Please keep in mind that Cloud based instances are payed monthly, while Server hosted (on your side) are payed yearly.
