Jira Sprint Report Story Points Discrepancy

Hi!

I have a user who noticed in the "Issues Removed From Sprint" section of her Sprint Report that an issue was shown with a "-" in the Story Points field even though it had 2 story points when it was created and added to the sprint. I can't see any evidence in the History of the story points being changed prior to the removal from the sprint. This discrepancy is skewing her Story Points Committed data. Are there any ideas for other considerations that could have caused the story points to not be recorded? They were recorded in the EazyBI sprint report but not in Jira.

Hi Emma, story point discrepancies between Jira's native sprint report and other tools like EazyBI are usually caused by story points being changed after sprint completion — Jira's report reflects current values, not values at sprint end.
