Hi,
I installed Jira Software on CentOS 6.4 server, and created its MySQL Database on other CentOS 6.4 server.
Then I created 10 users to access it.
I noticed that when I'm (or any other user) is doing any action (such as creating project, creating user, editing user's group .... or anything) I get the error below. But when I refresh the page, the action is done.
So, suppose I need to create a new user, I followed the steps, then I got the error below. I closed the page, then open a new page (or refresh it) I find the user is created.
Kindly tell us why I got this error. How to solve it.
Hello Sobhy_Admin, please email support ( a ) softwareplant.com, several team members are always there to help. There have been nine bug fixing releases of BigGantt since the 20th of January, so I suppose, as of April, even upgrading to the newest version would help. Sorry about your time invested. Please give us another chance.

Thanks a lot.
I enabled the safe mode, there is no errors received after this action.
So, what can I do now to fix this issue after I exit from safe mode?
Best regards

Why there is no feedback from your side.
I disabled all applications, then enabled them one by one. I explored that the problem is in the Biggnatt application.
Do you have any idea about this issue. I already purchased it, but it caused problems to me.
