Hi Atlassian Support,
We got the below error:
Your Jira Software license's user limit is exceeded. Users with this license only can't create issues until you have upgraded your license or reduced the number of users.
I think we have some user / group configuration issues, but we have went through our settings but still can't fix it.
We need your assist to help look into our issue.

What version of the product are you using?
Do you have Jira configured to get users from an external source, like Microsoft Active Directory?
How many users are you licensed to have, and how many does the system say you have?
