Jira Software Server Start Failed

Andi May 24, 2019

Hello guys, i have a problem with my jira.

1. I already did the min/max memory value (Java_Min = 1024m and Java_Max = 2500m)

2. I removed the jira_home.lock file and as thired.

3. Removed files at Java_Home/plugins/.bundled_plugins and Java_Home/plugins/.osgi_plugins

4. Increase the time for the plugins tested 300 and 100.

I only installed the payed git plugin for my gitlab.

As database i use MariaDB 10.3

Currently i dont know what i can do to fix my issue. I hope that the community can help me with my issue.

Hi,

are you sure that MariaDB is a supported database?

MariaDB is official not a supported database. I setup my jira instance with mariadb like the mariadb team.
