Jira Software Server Due date automation

Hello! I hope someone can help!! 

I`ve been struggling for some tome already to find a solution to the following - my company needs somehow to receive permanent notifications for the overdue tasks. i`ve set the repeating to the email but it is not what we need. I want the reminder about over due tasks to come to Telegram or Push notification of Web version or Jira mobile App. Or anything actually but not email. 

We are using the Jira Software for Server. 

I already have Jira automation plugin, SIMPLE NOTIFICATIONS FOR JIRA, Web Push Configuration

but still the solution is not found.

I`ll be very thankful if you could help!

Hi Aleksandra,

The Jira mobile app has support for push notifications for some events:

Issue update, including:

• Updated description
• New attachment
• New assignee
• New comment
• Issue transition

Mentions of you in:

• Issue description
• Comment

Using Jira Automation to check messages on an interval that I describe in this article can check for overdue tasks - it's just different JQL to return the issues you want to notify against. In the article, I show how you can post these messages to Slack. If you want push notifications from the Jira mobile app, you can instead change the Automation action to make a new comment on the issue mentioning the user and letting them know the issue is overdue. If they have the mobile app installed and push notifications enabled for it, the comment will cause a push notification to be sent.
