Jira Software Data Center Clustering on Windows

Hi,

We have a data center license and trying to setup a cluster using this instruction doc.

Only important thing I need to do are the sharedhome and cluster.properties file.

I can't get node1 into a cluster mode and when I tried to start the node2, I get sharedhome is locked message.

System information shows "Clustering OFF". Is there a log I can look why cluster is failing?
