Previously I've raised one request here and now i need urgent attention on this
Based on the logic following the AWD it should be can "Click on the Complete Sprint" but now it's showing more than the logic and i don't know why it's showing 11 open work item will move to next sprint
How to settle this?
11 open work item is "Awaiting for Deployment"
And these all created before i make the changes and now he unable to proceed with "Complete sprint" because it's showing still 11 work item open?
May i seek your advice on this and what's the solution for this?
Hello @Suria Kirtnhi Chandran -
In your other post you showed us this mapping of statuses to columns:
Any item assigned a status that is not in the column farthest to the right will be considered "incomplete". In the image you showed in this current post you have issues in the sprint that are in the In QA, In Progress, and Blocked statuses. Those statuses are not mapped to the right-most column, and so are considered Incomplete.
You can still complete the sprint. You need to specify where those incomplete items should go next. Should they be returned to the Backlog or added to another sprint? Specify that be selecting an option in the dropdown field in the dialog shown.
Good day!
You may review the open items by running the JQL:
<your board filter query> and sprint = 'Ancillary POD SP 16' and statuscategory!= Done
This will give you a list of work items that are not completed. You may review them and make the required changes before completing the sprint.
Feel free to raise a support ticket so the team can review the details and assist you.
Thanks!

Can you check JIRA workflow is configured properly. I mean the "'Resolution" element value is set to "Awaiting for Deployment" status.
