Jira Software Application links Error

Hello, just Imported the backup xml from Jira 7.0 external (Postgres) to Jira 7.11.2, copied the data folder, moved all the Issues (Project/10000/Issue), done the Reindexing. However, only error I recieve from Instance health checks is that there is problem with Application links (The health check was unable to complete within the timeout of 20000ms.). Error log shows Unrecognized error while attempting to retrieve status of Application Link 'xxxx'.
Any solutions for this?

you might want to try deleting and re-creating the Application Link that you have currently, this might help fix this error.

Have the same on all out 7.11.x Jira's. Re-creating App link won't help here. 

As the links are working and don't have an error state. I suspect a bad timing in the check routine.
