Jira Service Management – Technical Issue

Title: Unable to access Jira Service Management – Technical Error

Description:

I am facing a technical issue while trying to open the Jira Service Management tool. The page is not loading successfully and displays the following error:

“We had some technical trouble. We experienced a technical problem while trying to load this page for you.”

Because of this issue, I am currently unable to access/use Jira Service Management.

What is the URL you are trying to access? You can omit the base URL for privacy?

Have you tried accessing other Spaces within the same site? Do you experience the same problem?

What is your level of access for this instance?

Are there other users with the same level of access as you? Do they have the same experience as you?

When was the last time you were successfully able to access the URL that is now returning the error?

The tags on your post indicate you are using a Free instance. Is that accurate?
