I would like to know if there is a way to configure as "Confidential" or "Private" even within the other authorized users of the queue.

 

I would like to be able to restrict access to some of the tickets that may come in depending on their content...  Is there an option to be able to do that?

Hiroshi,

  You will want to use issue level security.  You can then set the security in the workflow when the issue is created based on certain criteria.  Once an issue has issue security then only the users permitted to see the issue will in the queues.
