Jira: Service Desk Portal - only shows own created issues, not shared issues

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
At the right top, there is this link, which shows my own created issue.
But there are also some issues, that are made by others, and are shared with me. Why are they not shown here? Or in an additional link? Or through a filter option, in the page, behind the link?
