Hi @Kateryna Kostianko

Project roles can be created by JIRA Admin so please ask him what is the purpose of these roles.

Default roles on fresh instance are: Administrators, Developers, Users and (if you are using JSD) Service Desk Customers, Service Desk Team

Regards,

Seba

Thank you for the reply!
Can you please advise, also, what permission do people get when we add then to the Jira Service Desk through Administrations (https://admin.atlassian.com/s/4a46bdaa-31d5-4776-a29b-1474ef56e5eb/users/5c49939617a8567a2ba80d25)

Hi

I don't have access to added link.

To add someone to JSD as agent (person who can work on issues, resolve them, edit, etc) you need add user/users to proper group. You can check what group is added in application access.

Regards,

Seba
