Jira Server to Cloud Migration

Hi, 

In attempt to perform migration from On-Prem Jira Server to Jira Cloud premium, I hit 500 error when I try to choose Jira cloud site destination. What could be the reason please?

Hi @Lorando Loh,

There are a few reasons why this could be happening. The most common would be the Jira version and the JCMA version. Usually, updating them would solve the problem. You also need to ensure you have admin access to the cloud instance and check the instance network configuration.  

If all those things are fine, I would consider contacting Atlassian support.
