Jira Server ticket not displaying BitBucket Deployments Release Panel

Recently added BitBucket Deployments to our BitBucket pipelines build yaml.

In BitBucket we can click on Deployments and see which environment/s it has deployed to.

We have had Jira server linked to BitBucket for a while and can see the Development panel with commits, merges, etc.

With introducing Bitbucket Deployments a Release Panel should have appeared in the Jira ticket

Instead no release panel shows.

Seems like we are doing everything correctly according to Atlassian documentation.

Is there a need to enable the Release Panel in Jira? Does not seem like this is required.

No. I think the issue is that our Jira server while connected to BitBucket is self-hosted. Have a feeling that the Jira Cloud version has this functionality.

Not 100% sure though. Would be nice for Atlassian to confirm this.
