We are still on Jira Server (moving to Data Center by January 2024). But I have a couple of questions which if not asked by someone else might be some reasonable features.
- I was wondering if it's possible to use "//" to add a date in text (Add Comment of Work Log) a Jira-ticket as it's done in a page in Confluence?
- For questions, remarks, issues and maintenance within our Jira instance we also use a project within Jira in which (internal) users can log tickets. It would be very handy if in the text within "Add comments" or "Work Log" within a ticket you could use shortcuts which represents like the Setting Wheel, Manage Apps or other default components of Jira (or Confluence or JSM) to refer to in those tickets. It will help the analysis of issues within the ticket.
