Jira Screenshot Paste

Hi,

For some reason the option to paste screenshot from a JIRA Case has suddenly disappeared. We find this feature useful and it makes it easier for us to upload a screenshot of issues. Please can you add this feature back in as without it it makes the job ten times more difficult than it needs to be.

I would be grateful if you can do this.

What version of JIRA are you using, and are you using add-ons to do this?  "Case" is not a standard JIRA word, it suggests you're using some form of testing tool and/or a JIRA add-on to do things with screenshots.
