Jira - Sanity check for setting nextId of issue 68671 and custom field 10540 from null to...

Hi,

There were some problems with our database and now we have this error when we are trying to see a board in agile in the Plan view: "Sanity check for setting nextId of issue 68671 and custom field 10540 from null to 68678 failed. No entry for issue 68671 found"

but we don't know how to delete the issue from the database so that everything else to be OK

Can you please help us please? Also if there is another way to fix this please advise
