Jira (SaaS) and Gitlab for Jira Cloud integration, can't see anything after link

So i was able to connect via oAuth, i was able to link the Gitlab group to the attlasian account BUT.. 

it looks like there is aditional configuration needed?

When i open the issue (story), there is still "Setup DEV tools" redirecting me to Gitlab setup, where i can oAuth myself in again, and see that i have linked groups.

There is no data fetched from gitlab.
