Hi,
I opened the velocity report on one of the Projects I've been managing (ESMT) but after selecting a Timeframe nothing is displayed.
Not sure if any settings or authorisation is missing.

Hi @Ilaria , does the URL of your Jira site contain atlassian.net or not? Are you using a scrum board or a kanban board?

Do you have 1 or more completed sprints?
Also, have a look at the Good to know paragraph on the following page: Velocity Chart
I already did as explained in the Velocity chart but no data and graphs are loaded as if no data were present
