Jira Report no displaying when sprint is closed.

When a sprint is active I can use the reports e.g. burndown etc... However once sprint is closed then an error occurs, "The chart cannot be shown because only sub-tasks are present in this sprint, there are no parent issues."

Issue resolved: The filter used in the project removed story status = Done from sprint. Once added back into the filter. reports returned.

Hi @hohua.diamond

As the error says, may I know whether you are moving issues from previous sprint to current active sprint once the previous sprint is completed?

How are you managing sub-tasks? Are you only completing the sprint with sub-tasks being included in the sprint and then moving the parent issue to next sprint?

If yes this is reason

Let me know

We finish the sub-tasks within the sprint. So that the child issue (Story) is completed to gain the points.

We have many sprints and we all follow the same goal and practice, however one sprint is constantly breaking when the sprint is completed.

When I run a query based on the sprint, it returns the stories and sub-tasks.
