Jira Project backup

Hi,

We are in the process of implementing  JIRA Service Desk ( Cloud )

We have created new Project and related Components , other fields etc ..

I am looking to take the Backup with the export feature available. I selected Create backup for Cloud from the Project. I takes long time in preparing Export file and never completes the backup.

Just want to know is there any backup in place for JIRA SERVICE DESK (Cloud)

JIRA Service Desk is an application that runs on top of JIRA.

JIRA therefore holds all its data, and hence includes it in a backup.

Thank you for the response.

Is there any reason why the Export file doesn't complete.

I want to use the feature "Create Backup for Cloud" and export Project Data to a file.  As shown in the below screenshot " Preparing Export file " doesn't complete . I waited for more than 3 hours to get this complete but no luck

That needs to be investigated by https://support.atlassian.com really - they'll need to check what your server is doing, read log files etc.

This issue was fixed on Chrome Browser. I was able to create Backup  using Chrome browser.
