Jira Product Discovery 标准版试用到期后,通常无法直接重新开始试用。
官方政策是:试用期结束后,需要升级为付费版(月付或年付),否则将失去访问权限。
不过,如果你确实有特殊需求(比如需要延长试用):可以在 Jira Product Discovery 项目左侧面板选择“Give feedback(反馈)” > “Get help from the support team(联系支持团队)”,在文本框中说明“需要延长试用期”,提交后官方支持有可能会为你手动延长试用。

You have used the trail, after the trail you will need to revert to a free subscription or add payment details to use the product.
The trail period is granted once, you can't keep initiating a trail.

Currently, I’m unable to switch my subscription mode. Just to confirm—do I need to add my payment details first in order to revert to the free subscription?

If your trail ended and you did not revert to the free subscription before the trails end, then yes you will need to provide payment details to revert to the free tier option.
