Hi there.

I'm not admin on Jira. I just create Private Project to track my tasks and projects like to do list with subtasks and so on. Now I want to give access to my manager that she can see all my tasks, what I'm working on now.

I don't want to change Access from Private to Limited as well as Limited shows my project to all company.

In Private Access mode I'm not able to add a people (Add People button is working but I'm not able to enter any name or email)

Thank you!

Hello Levon,

Welcome to Atlassian community.

The probable setting that could be blocking you from adding other users to your Next-gen project is the Global Permission Browse users and groups. This will cause the search bar to display the following error:

I suggest you ask your Site Admin to check if your user is properly added to the mentioned Global permission in JIRA Settings > System > Global Permission

If that's not the case, please confirm if the same problem is happening on different browsers and if any errors are returning in the JavaScript console of your browser when you try to type any users.
