Jira Portfolio: Grey bar at the bottom

Hello Community,

I am evaluating Portfolio in my company. The plugin seems to work on our testsystem, the view however looks wired. The lower half of all views is just plain grey, leaving only a small space to show the interesting content. The scroll bars are looking fine and it seems to me that the footer is broken somehow, eating up half of the page. Does anyone have an idea how to approch this issue?

Atlassian Jira Project Management Software (v7.12.1#712002-sha1:609a505)

The <H1> tag in the Announcement Banner was not closed. Found a similar issue here:

With the html tags properly closed in the banner, Portfolio is working as expected.
