Jira Plans - where did the feature for finding missing work items go?!

I am using Jira Plans and i cannot find a work item i am expecting in my Plan. I have ruled out Resolution Field (no work items are excluded), Work Source (work item falls within projects selected for this plan), and Scope (my filter is based on a label - which includes the issue type i am looking for).
There used to be a tool in Plans to help find a work item and would tell you why it is not showing up in the plan - I cannot find in this newest update of Jira. Can you tell me where it is now?

I'm not familiar with that feature in previous releases of Jira Cloud.

Under Plan Settings > Work in Your Plan, on the Overview tab there is a search field where you can enter a work item key. It will tell you if the item is not within the plan scope, but doesn't say exactly why it is not in scope.

If you are willing to provide us with more details about the scope of your Plan and the details of the missing item, perhaps we can provide some insights as to why it is not included.
