First of all, I have requested and got granted an open source usage for my open source project. I use the Jira cloud solution. It's been 2 or 3 weeks now since.
When I hit the (?) next to "project type" in settings, I'm told to create a new project and transfer my cases. When I do, the new project is still marked as a "business project", thus I am unable to change about the types.
I am sure this is not how it should be, so how could I go about and fix that, or does someone officially from Atlassian have to help me out on this?
