Jira OnDemand - salesforce connector

I'm trying to connect my jira ondemand to my salesforce cloud using the pre installed customware plugin.

im getting "Connector license is not installed" error.

Im trying to figure out if that's due to a technical issue or since I actually must buy license inorder to connect my jira to salesforce.

Any help will be appreciated.
