Jira OnDemand Fisheye/Crucible Integration Issue

Ricardo C.
February 25, 2013

Hi,

I'm trying to create a link between Jira OnDemand and Crucible/Fisheye using an Application Link, I receive the following error "No authentication providers to configure" on both the Outgoing/Incoming Authentications screens in the wizard.

FishEye 2.10.2 20130225131147
Crucible 2.10.2 20130225131147

Thanks for your help!

Hi,

Maybe we need more info to check this, this error appeard in what end, JIRA or FeCru? Perhaps the best thing to get this working is asking for help on https://support.atlassian.com . In the meanwhile, re-check all the needed steps described on http://go-dvcs.atlassian.com/display/aod/connect.
