Jira Mail Handler not creating issues from a specific email
We are seeing an issue where emails from @SES.ginniemae.gov are failing to creating issues in our Jira instance. Other external emails seem to work and generate issues just fine. What can be causing this? Are there logs we can sift through for the mail handler?
