I need to send a lot of mails to my own board. A lot of them should assign to the same story. I know that you can use this Jira Code xyz-123 to attach them to an existing Jira ticket. But I can’t use this Code because I am not the only recipient of the mail.
So, is there an opportunity when I use the same subject? Is there an possibility to customize that?
