Hello again. I am currently running into an issue where I absolutely cannot unlink Figma designs from a ticket. I will get the message that the design has been successfully unlinked, but after a page refresh, the designs show back up.
Hi, I've just run into the same issue.
Were you ever able to find a workaround or a solution for this?
Thanks in advance!
Hello, still no solution for this. We have resorted to no longer using the Figma link feature and just include the Figma link in the ticket body itself

Hi Freddi,
Sorry I do not have a suggested answer but wanted to chime in and say we are having the same issue on our site. Were you able to find a solution?
Thanks!

Usually, this happens when the Figma Smart Link is still present somewhere in the issue description or a comment, even if it’s just pasted as a raw URL.
Double-check that the link isn’t hiding in a comment or an old version of the description. I once had to remove the same link from both the description and a resolved sub-task before it finally disappeared for good. If it still sticks, try unlinking from the Apps panel and clearing any inline references manually. That worked for me.

No linked designs in the ticket or as a comment and the design tickets is not even linked to this story. The linked Figma branch has been deleted so it is not accessible in Figma anymore. Unlinked designs are still persisting after a page refresh :/
