Jira Issue: The "submit" & "close" buttons are not visible in iPad when feedback dialog loads

Hi @Ranjeetha, I checked the Issue Collector in my Jira Server 7.9.2 instance and the buttons display as expected on a Win 10, Chrome 66 machine.  I think you'll need to report this UI problem to Atlassian.  You'll want to provide them with your Jira version details as well as any browser details.  (I'm not familiar with what browser is used by the iPad.)
